Where are Holiday Habitat projects located?
Most are in Khyarkuli, Mussoorie — Swiss Village, Cozy Crest, Elite Homes, Sterling Heights, Oaks River Resort, The Grove Residences and Ananda Greens — with Softel Grand at Hathipaon, Mussoorie. In Dehradun there are Grandeura Heights and the upcoming Veda Wellness Homes on Shastradhara Road.
How far is Mussoorie from Delhi?
About 3.5 hours via the Delhi–Dehradun Expressway. From Khyarkuli, Mussoorie Mall Road is about 6.9 km, Dehradun Rajpur Road about 17 km and Dehradun Airport about 53 km.
What is the weather like in Khyarkuli?
Summers range from 22 ℃ to 28 ℃ and winters from 12 ℃ to 18 ℃, with 70 to 80 inches of annual rainfall.

What plot sizes are available?
Elite Homes 100–175 sq. yards, Sterling Heights 115–550 sq. yards, Cozy Crest 125–300 sq. yards and Swiss Village 150–600 sq. yards.
Can plots be used for commercial projects?
Swiss Village and Cozy Crest have residential and commercial land use, suited to villas, boutique resorts, hotels, homestays, wellness retreats and hospitality ventures.

What does ownership at Softel Grand include?
As published for the project: a profit-sharing model, access to all amenities and lifestyle discounts (fine dining, spa, transfers, laundry and event booking), zero-maintenance ownership, annual complimentary staycations and a complimentary grand wedding.
Which studios are available at Softel Grand?
110 keys in all: 80 Studio (Ultra) of 650 sq. ft., 20 Studio (Premium Corner) of 850 sq. ft. and 10 Studio (Wedding Suites) of 1,100 sq. ft.

Approvals
Which projects are RERA approved?
Grandeura Heights, Dehradun, is RERA and MDDA approved. For other projects, please ask us for the current approval status.
